And… we’re back!

I know, I know, I’ve been neglecting my blog…

And I am sorry. I won’t go into too much detail about why – let’s just say, I needed a break to re-group and determine what direction I wanted to take the blog – figure out how it was truly going to serve you.

I’ve been talking to you guys out there, people in my classes, personal training clients, and you’ve all been telling me what you’re needing.

Starting Monday, I’ll be back to posting here regularly. Mondays will continue with the Workout of the Week (WoW). And then mid-week (Wednesdays or Thursdays) I’ll be back with a post about easy ways to eat healthy.

Workout of the Week will continue to be a simple workout that you can do right in your home, or outside, or in your own home gym, or at your gym… you get the idea ;)

The healthy eating posts will continue to give you easy meal ideas, snacks, recipes, and much more that – truly – the whole family will love. I’m a busy mom/wife/business owner so I know the value of a quick, healthy meal. I’ll be sharing all sorts of goodies in those posts.

So, it’s going to be a lot of fun, a lot of great information, and I’m super excited to be coming back!
