Don’t overthink it.

Fitness can be a no-brainer.
I’m serious. Fitness doesn’t have to be formal. It doesn’t have to be planned. It doesn’t have to be long and drawn out.
You don’t need special equipment. You don’t need gimmicks.
You just need yourself, a little time (remember, 10 minutes 3 times in a day counts!), and to just start moving.
Uncomplicated Fitness
Here are a couple things to try to keep it simple:
Walk – around the block, around your house, around your yard, in place.
Squat – pretend to sit in a chair 10 to 15 times.
Push-ups – on the floor, on the wall, on your knees.
Jumping Jacks – regular jacks, half-jacks, out-out-in-in jacks.
Crunches – full sit-ups, half crunches, crunches with your feet up to the ceiling, reverse crunches.
Put it all together and wadda ya got? An easy-peasy workout routine.
Next week we’re addressing (drum roll….) accountability in your fitness routine. I know – makes ya wanna shudder right? It’s easy and painless – I promise.

Welcome!
