		<description>I actually found this to be true by just riding my bike for 15 min 2x a day. I noticed how energized I became, and actually seem to burn quite a bit of calories as well. 

I noticed my body changing and frankly, my biking can hardly be called &#039;exercising&#039;.  Mere mini- trips going from a to b.</description>

And really, anything Rusted Root will do... Drum Trip is also fabulous in the car... really loud. Though I don&#039;t recommend dancing and driving... LOL!!</description>
