Monday Muse: Self-Trust

Happy Monday! Today, I want to explore the concept of self-trust.
Last month, in Jen Louden’s Comfort Cafe, we were exploring this concept. I learned a lot about my own self-trust. Specifically, I learned how to become aware of when I wasn’t trusting myself, what my self-trust feels like and looks like, and how to gently nurture myself during those moments of dis-trust.
Trusting yourself comes into play in your business when:
You trust yourself to know what direction you want to go in – what goals to set
You trust yourself to deeply understand, and make the connection between what your clients need, how you help them with their needs, and how that help makes a truly profound difference in their life.
You listen to your intuition about what steps to take and what choices to make at each moment in your business.
Trusting yourself starts when you are fully present in each moment. When you don’t let your mind chatter constantly beat you up about what could be or what should be.
Deeply know that you are guided to do certain things and to take certain actions because your inner guidance knows exactly what to do at all times to get you where you want to go.
Self-trust deepens when you have a clear direction mapped out and you can clearly articulate what you want – and you take deliberate, intentional steps toward creating it.
This week, look at where you are in your business. Are you choosing actions and thoughts that move you closer to your goals?

Welcome!
