		<description>You are so right Jenn. Yesterday, my sister was here from GA and she wanted to go see the sun set but she always was talking about going for a walk. Well, we combined the two. We had a great brisk walk on the beach. We would try the different types of surfaces where the sand was moist and then dry and then really soft  to allow us to work our legs out differently. 
It was a great way to get a workout in and have a chance to catch up at the same time. Afterwords we sat down and watched the sun set and reflected a bit. It was really wonderful. 

And then we came back to my parents house and went for a light swim in the pool. 

P.S. Love the idea for the scavenger hunt. I think I will do this with my daughter next time we go to the park. She would love it.
