No equipment? No problem.

You don’t need equipment to get a good workout.![MPj03211110000[1]](http://jgivlerfitness.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/MPj032111100001-214x300.jpg)
In fact, with most of my personal training clients, the biggest piece of equipment I use is a set of dumbbells. But – you don’t even need that!
Body-weight workouts
Using just you body weight, you can get a great workout. Try push-ups, dips, lunges, squats and crunches. Do that circuit 3 times with a cardio intervals in between, and you get a great workout minus the home gym.
Household finds
Want to mix it up a bit? Grab a pair of soup cans or small water bottles. Squeeze the cans or bottles in your hands to create some resistance and do bicep curls, triceps kickbacks, shoulder presses, and chest flies.
If you have a staircase, place a foot on the first step, then, skip a step and place your whole foot on the third step. Press through your heel and step up to the fifth step. Keep going up and down until you do 20 to 25 reps up the stairs.
Again, put a little bit of cardio in there and you’ve got yourself a complete workout.
See? Getting a good workout is easy – even if you don’t have any equipment!

Welcome!
