so many people get caught up in the numbers on the scale
it&#039;s better to feel progress and feel more vibrant, energetic and not as wiped out than to worry about the numbers...which like you said, fluctuate and go up/down</description>

		<description>Found myself running around outside in the heat and humidity the other day with 8 year old, and not getting wiped out. That was a noticeable difference, and the only change I&#039;ve made is getting up and exercising for about 10 minutes in the morning. And eating a little healthier. Woo hoo! That was a lovely feeling... (thrilling for my kid too)</description>
