And though I've been married 20 years, I thought it would help me open myself up more fully to the experience of love, which I discovered I've been closed off to for many years. The first practice was an exercise accompanied by the phrase: "I open myself fully to give and receive love." And then I read your post! Ah yes.... confirmation yet again. :) Wow Jenn.
